At the regular monthly board meeting on December 19, 2025, the Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the date, time, and location of the 2026 regular monthly meetings. All board meetings will be held the 3rd Friday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at the Park Main Office Community Room located at 921 W. Poplar St.  The following indicates the dates of the meetings:  January 16, February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, and December 18.  Adoption of these dates was approved December 19, 2025.

The Board of Commissioners of the Harrisburg Township Park District holds regularly scheduled meetings at 8:00 AM, on the third Friday of each month at the Harrisburg Park Office Community Room, located at 921 W. Poplar St. Any citizen wishing to be formally placed on the agenda must contact the Park Office a minimum of 48 hours prior to the board meeting.

 In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any individual who is in need of a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in or benefit from attendance at the public meeting of the Harrisburg Township Park District Board of Commissioners should contact Blake Emery, Executive Director at 618-252-2111 or bemery@harrisburgpark.net a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Any person who desires to be officially placed on a Meeting Agenda at a public meeting of the Harrisburg Township Park District Board of Commissioners should contact Blake Emery, Executive Director at 618-252-2111 or bemery@harrisburgpark.net a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting and complete the form Request to Appear Before Park Board.

Any person is allowed to show up at a public meeting of the Harrisburg Township Park District Board of Commissioners and voice a concern or opinion without having to be put on the Meeting Agenda or filling out a Request to Appear Before the Board Form.  If so desired, the person will be allowed to speak under the agenda item entitled, “Comments From the Public” and shall adhere to the Citizens' Guide to Addressing the Park Board During Comments From the Public.
